Ingredients:
- 4 sea bream fillets
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- 8 oz (225 g) pasta
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
Instructions:
- Start by cooking the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
- Season the sea bream fillets with salt and pepper.
- In a large pan, heat a little bit of olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the sea bream fillets to the pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown.
- Remove the sea bream fillets from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, combine the basil pesto, lemon juice, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese.
- Cook over low heat until heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes.
