Ingredients:

  • 4 sea bream fillets
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 large tomatoes, diced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions:

  1. In a large skillet, heat some olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the onion and garlic and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. Stir in the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. Bring the sauce to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  5. Pat the sea bream fillets dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Place the sea bream fillets into the skillet, spooning the tomato sauce over the top.
  7. Cover the skillet and let cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through.
